In the event you need to cancel your trip, the following policy applies:

• 91 days prior to trip start date: Transfer of deposit to future trip.
• 61-90 days: Loss of deposit.
• 31-60 days: Transfer of 75% to a future trip
• 0-30 days: Transfer of soft cost expenses not incurred to a future trip.

We understand things can happen unexpectedly.  And while we respect what may be happening with your schedule, we simply ask you to respect what has gone on from our end to plan the trip. Hotels are arranged and confirmed with a deposit and depending on the time frame, may not be allowed a cancellation without penalty.  If this is the case, we ask for payment of this expense.  The remainder of any money paid will be put towards a future trip with us. Velo Classic Tours, Inc. reserves the right to cancel any tour 30 days prior to start date, though we do our best to inform you at least 45-60 days in advance.  In the event of cancellation, 100% of the trip cost will be applied to an alternate trip or refunded in full.  Please confirm all dates prior to airline purchase, as dates are subject to change from what’s listed on our site.  All prices are subject to change.
